Job Description

As a product manager in the product department, you will play a key role for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity, and to ensure that the product profile meets the company overall strategy and goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the inverters, energy storage systems, EV chargers, and other systems used in the home energy system.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define MRDs and PRDS with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
  • Work closely with both hardware and software engineering teams, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Run beta and pilot program with early-stage products.
  • Understand the competition and market trends in both residential and C&I solar and storage globally.

Wymagania

  • BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as product manager with PV inverter, energy storage, or similar products.
  • Comfortable working with all communication protocols.
  • Experience in solar and renewable energy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Self-starter and organized.
